Publicly known as Jennifer Conley for much of her professional life—as a teacher, speaker, and founder of Learn & Link™—she now writes and creates under the name Jennifer Sophia, a spiritual signature that reflects her soul’s highest expression.
A certified RYT and YACEP with over 1,000 hours of teaching, Jennifer also brings nearly 30 years of experience in education, specializing in wellness, movement, and whole-being alignment. She offers grounded, heart-centered guidance for those ready to live in harmony with their highest self.
